Job Summary
Product Manager to lead strategy, roadmap planning, and execution across multiple digital/SaaS products. Define product vision, identify market opportunities, conduct competitive analysis, and align initiatives with company goals. Own and prioritize the product backlog, write clear requirements and user stories with acceptance criteria, partner with engineering and design to deliver high-quality products, and lead sprint planning, roadmap reviews, and release planning. Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and development teams; translate business needs into product solutions. Define and track KPIs, analyze user behavior and performance metrics, and drive data-driven improvements in adoption and engagement. Lead product experimentation and optimization efforts to deliver measurable business outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Product Management experience
- Experience managing SaaS, software, or digital products
- Strong understanding of Agile product development methodologies
- Experience creating and managing product roadmaps
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Ability to prioritize competing initiatives and make strategic decisions
