Job Summary
Product Manager for Personal Loans responsible for end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to launch and post-launch evaluation; conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends and growth opportunities; develop and implement campaigns to improve product penetration and engagement; collaborate with Marketing, Campaigns, Risk, Operations, and IT to ensure seamless execution of product strategies; monitor product performance, analyze trends, and present reports to stakeholders detailing performance and strategic initiatives; strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in MS Office; SQL experience is a plus for data analysis; banking/financial services domain knowledge emphasized; Mumbai-based office with on-site work arrangement.
