Product Manager - Pensions

Job Summary
Own and drive the Pension product roadmap from concept to delivery with a clear view on what will move the needle for customers and the business. Define strategy for Pension in collaboration with leadership, lead ideation and refine concepts with engineering and design partners, and operate within an AI-native product development lifecycle. Manage complex stakeholder relationships across operations, risk, compliance, commercial, and senior leadership; define and own success metrics; coordinate third-party providers (e.g. SIPP providers, platform integrations); communicate clearly and align across teams to deliver fast, well-reasoned product decisions and outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Product management experience, ideally in a scale-up or high-growth environment
- Strong product craft: ability to understand customers deeply, write sharp requirements, make UX decisions, ship quality at pace
- Data-driven decision making and meaningful success metrics from day one
- Commercially minded: consider revenue, cost, and business model implications in decisions
- AI-curious: actively use AI tools in product process
