Product Manager Payroll Intergrations

Job Summary
Own and evolve the integrations roadmap for the Dutch payroll and HRS ecosystem, acting as the internal authority on architecture for Engineering, Onboarding, and commercial teams. Identify market needs by collaborating with customer-facing teams to translate insights into actionable product decisions, then design and drive scalable, secure data exchange solutions. Lead the expansion of the integrations suite by onboarding new partners and strengthening existing connections while continuously improving reliability and performance. Report directly to the Head of Product to contribute to broader strategy. This entrepreneurial role thrives at the intersection of strategy, technology, and execution, requiring fluency in both English and Dutch.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience within the Payroll and HRS domain
- Deep familiarity with the Dutch payroll and HRS ecosystem
- English — Fluent
- Dutch — Fluent
