Product Manager Payroll Integrations

Job Summary
Own and evolve the integrations roadmap for the Dutch payroll and HRS ecosystem, acting as the internal authority on architecture for Engineering, Onboarding, and commercial teams. Design and drive scalable, secure data exchange solutions that enable seamless flows between Alleo and customer systems, while identifying market needs to translate insights into actionable product decisions. Lead the expansion of the integrations suite by onboarding new partners, strengthening existing connections, and collaborating with the Product Manager Admin Experience to enhance self-service capabilities. Report directly to the Head of Product to shape broader strategy, ensuring integrations remain reliable and optimized for millions of users across Europe.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience within the Payroll and HRS domain
- Deep familiarity with the Dutch payroll and HRS ecosystem
- English — Fluent
- Dutch — Fluent
