Product Manager, Payments & Settlement

Job Summary
Analyze, design, and implement enhancements to settlement services and Treasury capabilities while partnering with business, product, and technology teams to define requirements and deliver innovative solutions. Lead cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution, conducting financial, operational, regulatory, and system impact analyses to support payment modernization and real-time payment initiatives. Translate complex business needs into actionable implementation plans, coordinate with technology teams for proper documentation and deployment, and manage project workstreams to ensure timely deliverables. Prepare materials for leadership review to communicate risks and recommendations clearly. Available for in-office work three times per week.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or other related fields
- Experience in payments, banking, treasury, settlement, financial infrastructure, or broader financial services environments
- Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives or projects from planning through execution and delivery
- Experience with payment systems, settlement processes, treasury operations, clearing, or funds transfer infrastructure
- Experience with systems implementation, business analysis, or product development
- Advanced English communication skills
- Availability to be in the office 3 times per week
- Knowledge of regulatory environments impacting payment and settlement services
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with Real-Time Payments (RTP), instant payment ecosystems, or related payment modernization initiatives
