Job Summary
Vice President of Product Management in Global Banking – Payments Sales Experience leads the strategic direction, execution, and long-term evolution of a critical product portfolio. Owns end-to-end product accountability, partners with senior stakeholders across Design, Product, Data, and Technology, guides discovery through user research and market analysis, and drives an AI-enabled roadmap with measurable outcomes. Responsible for establishing success metrics (adoption, automation, cycle time, revenue enablement, operational efficiency), ensuring execution excellence with engineering and data science teams, championing responsible AI governance and risk management, developing and mentoring product managers, and communicating strategy and risk to executive leadership.
Required Qualifications
- 5-8+ years of experience in product management or closely related roles
- Strong command of the product development life cycle (strategy, discovery, delivery, optimization)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders across product, engineering, data, UX, and business functions
- Applied familiarity with AI, analytics, or automation-enabled products
- Ability to define success metrics, evaluate business impact, and make data-informed tradeoffs
- Understanding of operating in managed-risk or regulated environments, collaborating with legal, compliance, and control functions
- Strong executive communication and coaching skills for senior stakeholder engagement
