Job Summary
Product Manager – Payments and Messaging responsible for shaping and executing the GTM strategy for Finastra’s payments portfolio, developing differentiated messaging, and enabling sales. Translate complex payment capabilities (e.g., real-time processing, cloud-native architecture, payment rails) into clear customer outcomes; develop messaging frameworks and sales enablement assets (presentations, case studies, battlecards, web content); conduct market and competitive intelligence; collaborate with Product Management, Sales, Pre-Sales, and Regional Marketing to ensure successful product launches and consistent positioning across markets; contribute to demand generation through digital campaigns and events.
Required Qualifications
- Strong product marketing and GTM planning experience
- Payments domain knowledge including real-time payments and payment rails
- Ability to translate complex features into business value
- Excellent writing and presentation skills
- Experience with marketing tools like CRM/marketing automation
