Product Manager - Patient Experience

Job Summary
Contribute to product strategy and vision aligned to enterprise and patient experience goals, supporting development and maintenance of product roadmaps. Translate strategy into clear product concepts, designs, and execution plans informed by data, user insights, and market analysis. Champion a patient-first mindset to design intuitive, accessible, end-to-end experiences while collaborating with Engineering, UX, and business stakeholders to deliver intended experience and business value at pace. Define and own KPIs tied to patient engagement, satisfaction, and business outcomes, using performance data to inform prioritization and drive continuous improvement. Communicate product direction and decisions clearly to stakeholders, gathering requirements and explaining tradeoffs. Work Monday-Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with overtime as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required (or equivalent experience)
- Monday- Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Overtime required as needed

- Demonstrated experience contributing to product strategy and translating strategy into execution
- Strong understanding of product development processes and Agile methodologies
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical and non-technical concepts clearly
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills grounded in data and insights
- Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams and influencing outcomes
- Experience developing and managing product roadmaps and KPIs
- Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance product development, team productivity, and/or customer experience
- Familiarity with tools such as JIRA and Confluence
- Experience in healthcare, digital health, or patient-facing products
Desired Qualifications
- 4 or more years of experience in a Product Manager role working with complex digital products
- Experience in healthcare, digital health, or patient-facing products preferred
