Job Summary
Drive strategic products that position Cisco's Partner Experience Platform as an industry leader in AI-powered partner solutions. Collaborate with business stakeholders to define, prioritize, and launch innovative features that enhance partner collaboration and streamline workflows. Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle to deliver capabilities that empower partners while ensuring robust security, compliance, and resilience. Stay ahead of evolving trends in AI and partner experience by continuously evaluating advancements and defining strategies for differentiated experiences. Gather and analyze feedback from partners and internal stakeholders to continuously enhance offerings and deliver world-class partner experiences.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of product or program management experience
- recent experience in AI, customer experience (CX), and/or partner experience (PX) products
- 2+ years of proven track record of delivering scalable enterprise platforms
- strong emphasis on partner solutions
- 2+ years of product management
- subject matter expert knowledge on AI, CX, PX, and/or related fields
