Job Summary
Product Manager within JPMorgan Chase’s Accelerator focused on merchant onboarding and KYB for a B2B payments fintech. Define your product scope’s strategy with customer-centered outcomes, run discovery to de-risk desirability/feasibility/viability, and lead cross-functional squads (engineering, design) to deliver solutions that align with the team’s strategy. Collaborate with legal, risk, compliance and other controls stakeholders to meet requirements while reducing onboarding friction. Lead the creation of strategy documents, product requirements, and outcome-focused user stories; manage dependencies across multiple squads and stakeholders; communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders; bring expertise in risk and control frameworks within regulated financial services.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in leading merchant onboarding and KYB compliance workflows for a B2B / payments fintech, including risk scoring and identity verification
- Ability to design and evolve control frameworks with legal, compliance and operations stakeholders to reduce onboarding friction while managing regulatory risk
- 5+ years product management experience delivering financial technology products
- Track record of shipping iterative improvements and measuring results
- Experience writing clear strategy documents, product requirements and outcome-focused user stories
- Demonstrated ability to manage dependencies across multiple squads and stakeholders
- Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with risk and control frameworks in regulated financial services
