Job Summary
Product Manager Orthopedics in Madrid leads end-to-end management of a defined orthopedic product portfolio, supporting strategy, market execution, and commercial effectiveness. Collaborates with Sales, Supply Chain, Medical, HEMA, and Global Marketing to ensure portfolio positioning, launches, and disciplined execution of marketing plans. Responsibilities include defining and executing the Orthopedics Specialties Marketing Plan aligned with regional EMEA strategy, portfolio management (NPI, lifecycle, segmentation, pricing, and training needs), launch readiness with post-launch metrics, pricing strategy aligned to the Value Ladder, collaboration with Sales on customer insights and clinical objections, on-field support, regular business analytics, market research (size, trends, VoC), building relationships with KOLs and scientific associations, enabling training with Commercial Education, and developing marketing materials for omnichannel campaigns. Requires strong cross-functional collaboration, data-driven decision making, and bilingual communication in Spanish and English.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in product management, marketing, or commercial roles within MedTech, Orthopedics, or healthcare environments
- Demonstrated experience in Joint Reconstruction and/or Sports Medicine portfolios is required
- Strong analytical skills, with ability to interpret market and performance data and translate insights into actions
- Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional and matrix environments
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Structured, organized, and execution-oriented mindset
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field
- Fluency in Spanish and English
