Job Summary
Role: Product Manager reporting to the Head of Product within a cross-functional team. Represent the voice of the customer, synthesize information from multiple sources, and translate insights into clear execution. Manage two portfolios—Digital Platform (backend services, analytics, reporting, clinical workflows) and Connected Devices (insoles, firmware, mobile apps, device health). Lead discovery through customer interviews, user research, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement; own intake, discovery, prioritization, roadmap, and planning; define strategy and communicate priorities to stakeholders; translate problems into clear product requirements; partner with delivery teams to evaluate options and trade-offs; monitor performance and outcomes using qualitative and quantitative insights; contribute to governance and product management practices. Maintain a clean, safe working environment and uphold ISO 13485 quality requirements. May assume additional responsibilities in an ever-changing early-stage high-tech environment. Travel occasionally.” ,
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience contributing to product strategy, discovery, planning, and execution for a business-to-consumer product
- Demonstrated ability to balance customer needs, business objectives, technical constraints, and operational realities
- High fluency with analytics and product metrics, with the ability to use data to inform prioritization decisions
- Experience managing products with multiple technical dependencies, stakeholder groups, and user types
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, drive alignment, and make thoughtful trade-off decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Strong prioritization skills and a bias toward action
- Empathy for patients, providers, and care teams, with a passion for solving meaningful healthcare challenges
- Curiosity and willingness to develop deep domain expertise in diabetes care, chronic disease management, remote patient monitoring, and digital health
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present technical concepts and demos to diverse audiences
- Ability to travel from time to time
