Job Summary
Product Manager role owning the roadmap for core robotics products from concept to deployment. Collaborate with hardware, firmware, software engineering, and commercial teams to define requirements, prioritize backlog, and ensure timely delivery. Conduct customer discovery calls, site visits, and interviews to understand pain points in industrial/robotics environments; translate complex technical capabilities into clear value propositions; define success metrics and track post-launch performance; support go-to-market strategies with sales, marketing, and operations; stay current on trends in robotics, automation, and adjacent industries. Requires 3–6 years in product management, strong technical foundation, hands-on experience with hardware/robotics is a plus, and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering/CS or related field (or equivalent experience).
Required Qualifications
- 3–6 years of product management experience in hardware/robotics/industrial tech
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong technical foundation with ability to discuss systems, sensors, or software architecture with engineers
- Experience working on physical products is a plus
- Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills
- Comfort with ambiguity and ability to make decisions with incomplete information
- Experience with Agile/Scrum product development (preferred)
