Job Summary
Product Manager for Org Charts and organizational intelligence responsible for shaping the strategy, roadmap, and execution for the Org Charts product, translating customer needs into clear requirements, partnering with engineering, customer success, and sales, and defining success metrics to drive adoption in a SaaS environment.
Required Qualifications
- 3–7+ years of Product Management experience in SaaS software
- Direct experience in the compliance, governance, legal technology, entity management, or related industry is required
- Strong understanding of how organizations manage legal entities, ownership structures, governance responsibilities, organizational hierarchies, or related compliance processes
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex customer needs into practical product solutions
- Experience leading products from discovery through delivery in a cross-functional environment
- Strong customer interviewing, requirements gathering, and product discovery skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization
- Experience working closely with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality software products
- Data-informed decision maker who can balance customer feedback, business goals, and product strategy
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, collaborative startup environment
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with organizational charting, governance, entity management, board management, compliance management, HR systems, or related software products
- Familiarity with multi-entity organizations and the challenges of managing complex organizational structures
- Experience working with regulated industries or compliance-focused software solutions
- Experience partnering directly with enterprise customers and managing complex stakeholder needs
