Job Summary
Own the success and lifecycle of products across the Networks portfolio, from proof of concept through to launch and withdrawal. Develop product strategies based on customer insight, market understanding, and target customers to take profitable products to market. Create and maintain balanced, outcome-based product roadmaps aligned to portfolio and business strategy. Act as the subject matter expert for OS Networks products, championing product understanding across the business and at external events. Review product performance using scorecards, KPIs, and customer outcomes to inform evidence-based roadmap decisions. Provide product leadership in cross-functional delivery teams, promoting innovation, accountability, transparency, and customer focus. Plan and manage user engagement, applying appropriate research methods to capture insight and support roadmap priority decisions. Engage with users, customers, OS Partners, and external stakeholders, translating feedback into product improvements and new opportunities. Communicate product strategy, performance, and roadmap decisions confidently to colleagues, senior stakeholders, and external audiences. Build strong relationships with operational and customer-facing teams to support compelling product storytelling through mechanisms such as blogs, campaigns, and external communications.
