Job Summary
Own the Order Management System, managing the entire lifecycle of orders from click to delivery, and optimize shipping SLAs through coordinated roadmap planning. Lead product management for the Renewal Management System, staging payments and driving systemic improvements to reduce involuntary churn by evaluating billing products and processors. Conceptualize granular reports to monitor system performance down to individual members, ensuring every transaction is measurable and accurate. Coordinate with finance, engineering, and stakeholders to scope updates and align releases with SOP changes, prioritizing projects to maintain high attention to detail across all renewal and order processes.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a product management role
- E-commerce or subscription experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong technical skills
- Exceptionally high attention to detail
