Job Summary
Drive the commercial success of assigned product lines by partnering with Sales to resolve technical objections and support launches, pricing, and sales enablement. Develop FAQs, competitive battle cards, demo materials, and technical sales tools while managing new product setup across NetSuite, Unity, and websites. Monitor product performance throughout the lifecycle by analyzing customer feedback, reviews, and returns to improve documentation and recommend enhancements. Coordinate media review samples, verify product readiness, and prepare competitive insight reports based on monitoring industry communities like Reddit and AVS Forum. Evaluate competing products to translate findings into business recommendations that strengthen Optoma's brand reputation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- 5-8 years of experience in Product Management, Technical Product Management, Product Marketing, Technical Support, Product Engineering, or a related role
- Strong technical aptitude with consumer electronics, display technology, AV, or similar products
- Excellent communication, analytical, organizational, and project management skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with projectors, display technology, consumer electronics, gaming, or Pro AV
- Experience working with ODM/OEM manufacturers
- Experience supporting product launches and competitive analysis
- Familiarity with NetSuite or similar ERP/PIM systems
