Job Summary
Lead the product lifecycle from ideation to launch for our core payment data consolidation and normalization solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate market needs into product features and roadmaps. Drive customer engagement to understand needs and translate insights into product enhancements, informed by market research, competitive analysis, and payment industry trends. Define and balance short-term priorities with long-term vision, measure product performance, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced fintech environment. This role is based in Atlanta, Georgia on a hybrid basis and reports to the COO.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field, and/or equivalent related work experience
- 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in payments or fintech
- 5+ years of professional experience in technology industry, preferably Fintech
- Proven ability to lead product development in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with minimal supervision and guidance
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Superior communication skills, with the ability to articulate product vision and strategy effectively
