Job Summary
Own roadmap definition, prioritization, and execution for specific optimization areas within the Buyer Cloud platform. Define and improve workflows, controls, and product capabilities that help customers optimize campaign performance and achieve measurable business outcomes. Partner closely with Engineering, Data Science, and Revenue to identify customer problems, evaluate opportunities, and define product requirements. Work with Engineering to balance customer value, technical feasibility, and delivery timelines. Collaborate with Product Managers across Buyer Cloud and adjacent platforms to ensure optimization capabilities fit cohesively into broader user workflows. Gather insights from customers, internal stakeholders, analytics, and market inputs to inform product decisions and prioritization. Write clear product requirements and communicate priorities to cross-functional teams. Make thoughtful tradeoff decisions that balance performance impact, usability, business value, and implementation complexity. Define success metrics and measure outcomes to continuously improve optimization features and customer results. Contribute to product planning and strategy discussions while executing broader organizational priorities. Build strong working relationships across Product, Engineering, Design, Data Science, Customer Success, Operations, and other stakeholder groups.
Required Qualifications
- 2–4 years of product management experience building and launching software products
- Experience in advertising technology, media technology, or a closely related industry
- Demonstrated ability to own features, workflows, or product areas from discovery through delivery
- Strong customer empathy and curiosity about how customers make decisions and optimize toward business goals
- Experience partnering closely with engineers and cross-functional stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle
- Ability to define requirements, prioritize work, and make informed tradeoff decisions
- Strong analytical thinking and comfort using data to evaluate opportunities and measure outcomes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable operating in environments where requirements, priorities, and market needs may evolve
- Bachelor's Degree
- 7-10 Years
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with optimization products, decisioning systems, controls, or performance-oriented workflows
- Familiarity with experimentation, analytics, measurement, or data-informed product development
- Exposure to AI or ML-based product management
- Interest in how AI is changing optimization workflows, decision-making, and customer expectations
- While possessing the stated degree is preferred, Comcast also may consider applicants who hold some combination of coursework and experience, or who have extensive related professional experience
