Job Summary
Own and drive the roadmap for governance and data management tools supporting internal teams, ensuring alignment with business goals, compliance, and growth opportunities. Maintain and update data dictionaries including lineage and metadata documentation while translating high-level features into detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for data processing operations. Collaborate with engineering, production, offering, sales, and other stakeholders to execute software development projects, and monitor progress by gathering feedback to recommend improvements for data quality, harmonization, and relevance. Stay current with evolving customer needs in data processing and regulatory requirements to shape strategy and execution.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 5 years, ideally 5 to 7 years of experience in product ownership
- Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical market, its structure, dynamics, and data ecosystem
- Experience with healthcare data including data analysis, data governance and data reporting tools
- Strong ability to translate business needs into detailed product requirements for engineering teams
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong problem solving, analytical, project management and planning skills
- Fluency in English
