Product Manager (Oncology)

Job Summary
Leads country brand plan development and strategic/tactical implementation for Oncology, partnering with cross-functional teams (Medical, Regulatory, Sales, VA&P, Congress & Events) to maximize brand performance. Drives omni-channel customer experiences, conducts market analysis, leads launches and business cases, supports promotional activities, and collaborates with global/regional teams to implement local best practices. Manages vendor relationships, financial planning, and OpEx forecasting, and enables effective message delivery and disease-awareness initiatives across channels. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of marketing/pharma brand management experience (Oncology a plus); strong English communication, analytical, and cross-functional leadership skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, commercial or customer-facing roles with a solid track record of success
- 2+ years pharma brand management experience is a plus, especially in Oncology
- Pharma brand launch readiness and execution experience is a plus
- Full professional proficiency in English (oral and written)
