Product Manager - OHNS

Job Summary
Develop and execute strategic product plans to drive revenue growth and market share across the OHNS portfolio, with a primary focus on Laryngology. Evaluate new product opportunities and lead successful launches, including positioning, pricing, and go-to-market strategies. Build relationships with key opinion leaders, clinicians, manufacturers, and industry partners while analyzing market trends and competitor activity to identify commercial opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Regulatory, Operations, and Finance to deliver successful product outcomes and manage the full product lifecycle, from forecasting and new introductions to recalls and end-of-life planning. Support and mentor the national sales team through product training and clinical education, representing Endotherapeutics at conferences and industry events across Australia. This national role offers flexibility to be based in Sydney, Melbourne, or Brisbane.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years' Product Management experience in the medical device industry
- Strong experience in ENT, OHNS, Laryngology, Maxillofacial or Plastic Surgery portfolios
- Exposure to speech pathology, allied health, outpatient, post-operative or wound care environments
- Experience in medical devices or healthcare technology, ideally with clinician-facing products or clinical education
- Strong understanding of patient pathways and outcomes, with ability to translate clinical needs into solutions
- Confidence engaging with clinicians, surgeons, speech pathologists and KOLs
- Strong commercial acumen, including market analysis and portfolio growth
- Experience in product strategy, marketing or go-to-market execution
- A customer-first, empathetic and solutions-focused mindset
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across clinical and internal teams
- Experience with CRM systems
