Job Summary

Own and implement end-to-end product lifecycle management, including product line strategy, multi-year roadmaps, and technology plans for engineered, hardware-based product portfolios with global market responsibility. Lead New Product Introduction and Product Development Process initiatives by developing data-backed product recommendations, feature definitions, competitive positioning, and go-to-market strategies. Drive cross-functional collaboration across engineering, manufacturing, sales, and marketing to deliver revenue growth, margin improvement, and timely delivery performance. Serve as a technical subject matter expert for assigned product lines while leading Voice of the Customer and market research efforts. Work a hybrid schedule with four days on-site in Anoka, MN; Raleigh, NC; or Warwick, RI, with up to 20% annual travel.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of experience in technical or hardware product management, product innovation, or new product development within engineered products, manufacturing, or industrial technology environments
  • Demonstrated understanding of products used in data center environments
  • Hands on exposure to networking adjacent infrastructure, interconnect, enclosure-based systems, or closely related technologies
  • Understanding of how products interface within larger systems, including performance, physical integration, and deployment considerations in critically important environments
  • Demonstrated electrical and/or mechanical systems knowledge gained through hands-on experience, manufacturing exposure, or close collaboration with engineering teams
  • Consistent track record leading complex, cross-functional, matrixed teams and owning initiatives throughout all stages until commercialization
  • Strong business and project leadership skills, including experience managing product roadmaps, priorities, and profitability
  • Experience collaborating with commercial organizations, including sales, marketing, distributors, contractors, and/or manufacturer's representatives
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 20% annually, including domestic overnight travel and occasional international travel
