Job Summary
Product Manager to proactively identify organizational challenges and develop solutions across the organization, including process improvement, automation, custom tools, or AI; own the project cycle from scoping and requirements gathering to launch and training; collaborate with software, IT, and data science teams; evaluate AI tools and emerging technologies to inform the product and AI roadmap; measure ROI and time savings from deployed solutions; iterate based on user feedback; triage and manage product requests; communicate progress and recommendations to internal stakeholders; conduct QA on shipped products. Required: 2 years of experience in requirements gathering, product management, business analysis, or scoping tech solutions; experience working with cross-functional teams; excellent problem-solving and structured thinking; strong communication and collaboration abilities; curiosity and excitement to experiment with AI; highly organized and adaptable; familiarity with PM or process-improvement methodologies. Preferred: hands-on experience with AI tools and no-code platforms; basic technical skills (Python, APIs, data analysis); success indicators include identifying opportunities where AI creates competitive advantage, delivering measurable time savings and efficiency improvements, and earning trust as the go-to problem-solver among teams.
