Job Summary
Define strategic product plans and objectives while developing functional strategies to support product innovation. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and business planning to guide pipeline development and expansion. Lead cross-functional teams through project planning, design reviews, customer feedback sessions, and go-to-market strategies. Identify unmet customer needs to inform product innovation and develop comprehensive marketing strategies and launch plans. Collaborate with operations and procurement teams to manage forecasting, inventory, and supply chain needs. Support product development for timely, regulatory-compliant documentation and create training materials and sales collateral. Serve as a product expert supporting key customer engagements and company events while ensuring compliance with U.S. and international regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management or a related field
- Experience in Medical Devices
- Demonstrated success in new product introduction and lifecycle management
- Strong communication and leadership skills
