Job Summary
Support the development of roadmaps aligned with company strategy by partnering with senior leaders to define requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Gather and analyze customer feedback from interviews, usage data, and stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities and prioritize backlog items based on impact and business value. Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, AI/ML scientists, and commercial teams to translate customer needs into product capabilities and deliver initiatives across chemistry, manufacturing, and energy sectors. Assist in product discovery through market research and competitive analysis while helping define metrics to measure adoption and satisfaction. Create documentation and release notes to enable teams and customers, serving as an advocate for the customer while balancing technical constraints with strategic objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Chemistry, Materials Science, Physics, or a related field
- 1–5 years of experience in product management, product operations, business analysis, consulting, software implementation, or a related role
- Experience working with SaaS products or enterprise software solutions
- Experience working with Agile software development methodologies
- Experience translating customer requirements into product specifications or user stories
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work through ambiguous and complex problems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced startup environment
- A collaborative growth mindset and willingness to contribute wherever needed in a dynamic organization
