Job Summary
Product Manager, Neuromonitoring responsible for a portion of the product portfolio from inception to obsolescence. Leads product strategy, defines requirements, coordinates surgeon feedback, develops marketing plans and messaging, supports launches, and collaborates with Sales, Development, Finance, Supply Chain, and Education to meet ATEC goals. Builds surgeon-relations programs, creates sales collateral and forecasts, and provides cross-functional leadership on marketing initiatives. Requires experience in medical device marketing, surgical navigation and/or robotics, agile development, and the ability to travel 15-40%. Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in medical device marketing management are required. Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field required.
- 3+ years of successful medical device marketing management experience with direct involvement in marketing and product management where the product portfolio included surgical navigation and/or robotic capabilities.
- Experience with and understanding of a clinical/surgical environment and workflow.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage product strategy from inception through obsolescence.
- Ability to develop marketing strategy, define product requirements, and drive product launches and messaging.
- Strong oral and written communication skills; ability to influence across functions and with surgeon customers.
- Ability to travel 15-40%
