Job Summary
Product Manager for Neurology, RUO & Core IA portfolios within Roche’s Core Lab Marketing, responsible for developing a comprehensive portfolio strategy, identifying product requirements, pricing strategies, and launch logistics to drive growth. Lead collaboration with Global and US teams, gather customer insights from laboratorians and physicians, manage demand forecasting, build business cases, and influence stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Regulatory, Supply, and Global teams. Serve as the technical voice of the customer to ensure portfolio competitiveness, high quality, and market leadership; support customer conversations and presentations, and travel as needed. Location: Indianapolis campus; expected salary range based on location: $101,700-$188,900 with potential discretionary bonus; relocation not provided.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, MLS, Marketing, Business, Life Sciences/Neurology or related fields
- 5 years of product management, marketing, business, sales or related experience in healthcare
