Job Summary
Product Manager to support development, management, and growth of the Support Portfolio across Customer Success and Support Services. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define offerings, analyze business performance, and improve customer outcomes. Key areas include portfolio management (development/lifecycle of service offerings, pricing models, go-to-market materials, service catalogs), business analysis (dashboards/reports, performance metrics, competitive market research), customer experience (onboarding/adoption/support improvements, customer interviews), cross-functional collaboration (with Support Delivery, Sales, Product, Marketing), and process improvement (operational efficiency, workflows). Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 0–3 years of related experience; strong analytical and communication skills; proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools; familiarity with SaaS/cloud/enterprise software preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Marketing, or a related field
- 0–3 years of experience in Product Management, Consulting, Customer Success, Professional Services, Operations, or a related role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
