Job Summary
Product Manager, AI Solutions to join the AI Solutions team within NBCUniversal's Operations & Technology. Lead GenAI product development, collaborate with cross-functional teams to scope and implement GenAI products, write actionable requirements and user stories, build outcome-based roadmaps, conduct demos and product testing, own and iterate on products, and stay ahead of emerging AI trends. Drive stakeholder engagement, partner with vendors, and identify reusable GenAI patterns to improve efficiency, while contributing to enterprise AI initiatives. Hybrid role with four days per week in the New York office. Relevant experience in AI, LLMs, and conversational AI is required; Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years of PM experience are preferred. Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Airtable, Lucidchart, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint is desirable. Location: New York, NY, US.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- 5+ years of related professional experience
- Experience as a Product Manager, preferably in managing LLM based Conversational agents
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies, UI/UX principles, and conversational AI technologies
