Product Manager - Multi Service Management Platform

Product Manager for the Equinox platform leads the roadmap and delivery for a complex, integrated multi-service platform. Acts as the translator between autonomous product teams and commercial stakeholders, collaborates with engineers, data specialists, finance, and operations to deliver value. Establishes a repeatable front door for engagement with product teams and stakeholders, writes clear specs and acceptance criteria, and maps dependencies. Drives agile processes, champions modernization of legacy processes, and owns KPIs/OKRs with quarterly plans that align with revenue and cost-saving goals. Brings product management experience across a complex platform, strong data and analytics skills (experience with Mixpanel or GA), and a commercial, customer-focused mindset to connect feature development to business impact.
