Product Manager

Product Manager to define a 3-year vision aligned to mission impact and revenue goals, maintain a 12-month roadmap with KPI/KPPs, and translate mission needs into differentiated FTEN features. Lead cross-functional squads to deliver capabilities spanning market sensing, portfolio stewardship, agile backlog management, and go-to-market orchestration. Drive design-thinking activities, validate priorities with warfighters and partners, manage SAFe portfolio Kanban, own cost/schedule for initiatives, ensure Cyber and Zero Trust accreditation compliance, and foster executive-level and stakeholder communications. Responsible for translating customer/operator needs into product requirements and roadmaps, and for coordinating with engineering, cybersecurity, QA, and operations to ensure delivery and ongoing improvement. Strong emphasis on agile execution, performance measurement (velocity, lead time, ROI), and the ability to balance new capabilities with technical debt and compliance. Education and experience requirements emphasize ownership of product strategy, roadmapping, and leadership in a defense/mission-critical software context. Clear communication with multiple audiences and the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable initiatives are key.
