Job Summary
The Product Manager at Morningstar Sustainalytics will lead enhancements for the Global Access client platform, focusing on core research and data products including ESG Risk Ratings. Responsibilities include defining the product vision, conducting stakeholder workshops, translating user requirements into user stories, managing the product backlog, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in Agile ceremonies. The ideal candidate will have strong stakeholder management skills, at least 8 years of experience, and proficiency in product management tools.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of professional experience
- at least 3 years in Product Management, Product Ownership, or Business Analysis roles
- Strong understanding of client platforms and data management processes
- Proven success in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban)
- Skilled in stakeholder management
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, WIKI, and related product management tools
Desired Qualifications
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)
- SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM)
- equivalent Agile certification
