Job Summary
Product Manager for Morgan & Morgan’s Product team in Brooklyn (in-office 4 days a week). Own vision, roadmap, and delivery for a defined product area in collaboration with Engineering, Design, and business stakeholders; drive clarity, alignment, and measurable outcomes from discovery through launch; define success metrics, write clear requirements, manage backlogs, and iteratively improve with data. Requires 2+ years in product management or related roles, demonstrated ability to leverage technology to improve workflows, active use of AI as a force multiplier, proficiency with Jira/Agile/Kanban, strong communication, KPI definition/tracking, and cross-functional collaboration. Salary range $120,000–$150,000 USD plus bonus; relocation assistance not available; equal opportunity employer.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in product management, product operations, consulting, business integration, or a related role – including PE-backed or high-growth operational environments
- Demonstrated experience leveraging technology – software, platforms, or data – to solve operational problems, improve workflows, or drive measurable business results
- Active use of AI as a force multiplier in your current work – using AI tools to increase personal output, accelerate analysis, and improve decision quality
- Proficiency with Jira or a comparable project management tool; comfortable working within an Agile or Kanban delivery environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills – able to produce clear requirements, stakeholder updates, and executive summaries
- Demonstrated ability to define and track KPIs and apply data to prioritization and decision-making
- Exceptional collaboration skills – able to build trust and drive alignment across Engineering, Design, and business stakeholders
- Executional orientation – you are more energized by shipping and solving than by theorizing. Strong candidates will point to specific things they built, changed, or improved – not just strategies they developed
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously without losing quality
