Job Summary
Own assigned private-label product categories as a business owner, leading strategy, pricing, margin management, and lifecycle decisions from concept through launch and post-launch evaluation. Develop annual plans, analyze market and financial data to identify growth opportunities, and execute commercialization projects while partnering with Sales, Operations, R&D, and Supply Chain to drive profitable growth. Balance long-term strategy with hands-on execution, presenting recommendations to stakeholders and managing multiple priorities independently. Hybrid schedule (M/F remote, T-Th onsite) with primary hours 8-5pm; <10% travel required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, finance, supply chain or related field
- Minimum of five years of experience in Product Management, Category Management, Commercialization, Marketing, or a related consumer packaged goods discipline
- Private-label experience in CPG
- Strong project-management and organizational skills
- Strong financial, pricing, analytical, and business-planning capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority
- Experience using syndicated data, customer data, shipment information, and business analytics to support decisions
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and business-reporting tools
- SAP knowledge and experience
- Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and business-storytelling skills
- Ability to operate independently, prioritize effectively, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability and willingness to travel as required
- Hybrid position availability (M/F remote; T-Th onsite)
- Availability for travel < 10%
