Job Summary
Product Manager for model development in the Chief Data and Analytics Office (CDAO) leading the end-to-end product lifecycle, acting as voice of the customer, guiding launches, and delivering high-quality products with customer value. Responsible for developing product strategy and backlog, managing discovery and market research, tracking key success metrics (cost, features, risk, reliability), and coordinating across functions (Invest Bank, Consumer Bank, Technology, Controls, Legal) to ship solutions. Drives integration of firmwide Data Mesh with AI/ML services, develops platform capabilities for data connectivity to AI/ML at enterprise scale, and advances big data analytics tooling to improve usability and data analysis productivity.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
- Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
- Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and deliver product goals across internal and external teams
- In-depth technical knowledge with a focus on big data technologies: Spark, SQL, Data Lakes, Cloud (AWS/Azure,GCP)
- Expertise in data processing and modeling throughout model development and deployment
- Expertise in Cloud computing architectures
- Familiar with data exploration needs as inputs to model training
- Familiar with data warehousing, entitlement management at a complex enterprise environment
- Strong agile mindset, able to iterate fast and give early feedback
- Able to balance short-term goals and long-term vision in highly complex environments
