Job Summary
Lead the development and execution of a mobile app strategy for WSI, enhancing the digital experience across e-commerce and in-store initiatives. Responsibilities include managing product budgets and timelines, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and guiding a team of Mobile App Product Managers. Must have a strong background in mobile app product management with over 10 years in the field, particularly in retail, as well as proven leadership and communication skills. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and a strong understanding of the mobile app development lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in mobile app product development and management
- 5+ years of experience in the retail industry
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Strong understanding of the mobile app development lifecycle
- Proven track record of launching successful products and driving business growth
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas to stakeholders at all levels
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Experience with native mobile app development (iOS and Android)
