Product Manager - Mitigation Platform

Job Summary
Spearhead servicing improvements by setting product direction and aligning engineering, design, and operations within the Mitigation Platform. Provide strategic direction while executing hands-on project leadership, owning the product roadmap and defining KPIs/OKRs. Collaborate closely with Design, Analytics, Data Science, Operations, and Compliance teams to integrate improvements across the product lifecycle. Oversee execution of key projects, including decreasing friction for customers and automating reviews to assist agents in making the right decisions. This role connects global and regional product teams with operational teams to standardize and elevate operational workflows, equipping teams with out-of-the-box solutions and actionable data insights.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in building products at scale
- Leadership experience
- Hands-on experience as a player-coach
- Ability to operate at many levels of detail, flipping between executing as an individual contributor and leading a wider team
- Superpower as an individual contributor in data analysis, design, regulations, or engineering
- Ability to self-serve with data
- Ability to use data to identify opportunities and measure impact
- Ability to tell stories with data to get the entire company behind you
- Experience using AI to build products faster
- Knowledge of how to use LLMs and AI tools to synthesize vast amounts of user research
- Ability to summarize complex regulatory documents
- Ability to write SQL queries to self-serve data
- Ability to rapidly prototype ideas using AI
- Ability to use AI to move faster and smarter without waiting on engineering
- Interest in solving problems in novel ways
- Ability to communicate the impact of ideas
- Ability to formulate plans to implement ideas
