Create cross-team clarity through principles, artifacts, and decision frameworks that multiple pods build against. Build product quality loops that improve learning outcomes and team velocity while defining instrumentation to measure personalization impact. Lead company-level outcomes from a Memory & Personal Intelligence home scope, integrating teams and raising execution quality as the area grows.
