Job Summary
Develop and execute medical marketing initiatives to support the scientific positioning and commercial launch of DT120. Manage KOL engagement strategy, including identification, segmentation, and ongoing planning, while leading advisory board activities from objectives to insight capture. Support medical congress strategy by coordinating sponsorships, exhibits, symposia, and stakeholder engagement. Partner with Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Commercial, and Regulatory teams to align scientific engagement with organizational objectives. Gather and synthesize insights from KOL interactions and market intelligence to inform brand and evidence-generation strategies. This role requires a minimum of four years in pharmaceutical medical marketing and proficiency in analyzing scientific and clinical data. The position involves an average of 20–30% travel, with higher frequency during congress and launch periods. Definium Therapeutics is a late-stage clinical biopharmaceutical company developing accessible treatments for psychiatric disorders using scientific rigor.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Marketing, Business, Communications, or related discipline
- Minimum 4 years in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industry
