Product Manager, Materials Management

Job Summary
Contribute to the product strategy and roadmap for Materials Management capabilities while defining requirements and prioritizing enhancements related to purchasing workflows and inventory management. Work with clients to understand procurement, requisitioning, and supply chain challenges, then describe user problems and validate solutions through research. Partner with implementation, support, and client-facing teams to ensure Materials Management solutions meet customer needs, and collaborate with developers, designers, and software implementers to enhance shared understanding of client requirements. Develop well-defined documents, including use cases, to communicate user pain points and drive the vision across the organization.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with purchasing, procurement, inventory management, materials management, supply chain operations, or ERP systems supporting these functions
- A degree, diploma, certification, or equivalent in accounting, finance, or computer science
- 3-5 years of experience working with enterprise software
- Proven ability to extract information from interviews, documents, test data, and hands-on work to understand underlying problems
- Demonstrated analytical, organization, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Innovative thinker with a growth mindset
- Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of projects
- Resourceful and self-motivated with the ability to work under minimal supervision and/or strict deadlines on multiple projects
- Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Willingness to be coached, mentored, and driven to reach your fullest potential

Desired Qualifications
- 3-5 years post-degree in a back-end business environment
- Prior experience as a software product manager
- Knowledge of accounting and financial management
- Knowledge of procurement, purchasing, inventory control, warehouse operations, and supply chain processes
- Experience working with healthcare organizations
- Multiview Financial product or other ERP software experience
