Job Summary
Product Manager for Markets Technology in Corporate and Investment Banking leads end-to-end product life cycle, shaping product strategy and vision, managing discovery and market research, maintaining the product backlog, and defining roadmaps for data lake evolving into a data mesh. Collaborates with engineering, data science, and analytics to ensure scalable, reliable products and measurable business value. Drives KPIs on adoption, data quality, and outcomes, translates needs into user stories and deliverables, and promotes continuous improvement through retros, documentation, demos, and communications. Requires strong communication, cross-functional influence, and coding proficiency in PySpark/Python.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product management or relevant domain area
- Advanced knowledge of product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
- Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
- Coding experience in PySpark and Python with ability to understand high-level code functionality
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with ability to present to diverse stakeholders and senior management
- Strong organizational and prioritization abilities, detail-oriented, with excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
- Proven track record of delivering quality results in a high-pressure, rapidly changing environment
