Job Summary
Product Manager for the Marketing Data Platform (MAP) within the Marketing Automation Platform Team. Drives end-to-end product life cycle from discovery through launch, acts as the voice of the customer, defines strategy and backlog, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality data-enabled marketing offerings. Responsibilities include developing product vision and roadmap, conducting market research, maintaining the backlog, tracking key success metrics (cost, feature, risk, reliability), guiding platform enhancements, enabling real-time data delivery and engagement via push channels, and partnering with engineering for robust APIs and data connectivity. Preferred qualifications emphasize experience in matrixed organizations, data-driven environments, strong interpersonal skills, and familiarity with data ecosystems, epics/stories, deck-building (PowerPoint), and AI solutions. The role requires 5+ years of product management experience, advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, and the ability to lead discovery, ideation, and value management across teams.
