Product Manager

Product Manager to drive Boatyard’s product initiatives from concept through release. Responsible for defining business requirements and customer pain points, collaborating with the Product Owner to develop the product roadmap, and writing epics and detailed user stories for engineering, QA, and design. Prioritize features, set requirements for successful delivery, and communicate across stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle. Monitor product performance and leverage data and metrics to inform prioritization and strategy. Apply Agile practices (Scrum or similar) to scope phases, participate in daily stand-ups and discovery meetings, and champion Agile best practices across Engineering, Product Management, and Product Design. Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure alignment between business needs and technical delivery.
