Job Summary

Support product strategy and roadmap development for DTN's marine and offshore weather intelligence solutions within the Weather Hub platform, balancing segment needs across offshore energy, cruise, commercial marine, and dredging. Partner with engineering, data science, and meteorology teams to deliver marine-specific capabilities such as operational thresholds, fleet risk views, alerting intelligence, and post-event weather records. Conduct regular discovery with fleet managers and offshore installation managers to translate customer feedback into prioritized product requirements and improve alerting relevance across diverse asset types. Work within an agile execution model with approximately 10–20% travel for customer visits. This role contributes to GTM planning and ROI models demonstrating revenue preservation and downtime reduction for maritime operations.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of product management experience supporting B2B SaaS or DaaS products
  • Experience in complex operational or data-rich environment
  • Demonstrated experience conducting customer discovery
  • Experience gathering product requirements
  • Experience prioritizing roadmaps alongside Engineering teams
  • Strong analytical and commercial thinking
  • Ability to translate customer problems into valuable product solutions
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Stakeholder management skills
  • Experience collaborating across technical, business, and customer-facing teams
  • Willingness to travel approximately 10–20% for customer visits and industry events
  • Working schedule availability approximately 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM (Manila Time)

Desired Qualifications

  • Background in meteorology, oceanography, or marine science
  • Direct experience in marine, offshore energy, or maritime technology industries
  • Hands-on experience working with or in offshore drilling, cruise, dredging, or commercial shipping operations

  • Existing relationships within the maritime technology or marine services ecosystem
