Job Summary
Lead strategy, ideation, and research for the product portfolio across all client segments, acting as a thought leader to monitor industry trends, regulations, and technology forces. Manage the new idea intake process for internal stakeholders and support exploration by applying market research and customer feedback. Develop business cases, epic hypothesis statements, and other product artifacts for approval while collaborating with analysis teams and subject matter experts. Support ongoing portfolio roadmap management, annual planning, and the creation of regular leadership updates. Execute internal and external feature rollouts, maintain product definition documents, and ensure messaging aligns with market strategy.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of experience in the retirement industry
- Creative and innovative thinker with a results-oriented approach
- Knowledge of the retirement industry, competitive dynamics and trends
- Knowledge of channel-specific dynamics (broker/dealer, TPA, plan sponsor, participant)
- Knowledge of the ERISA and FINRA regulatory environment and DOL guidelines
- Excellent communication, organizational
