Job Summary
Develop specific marketing plans and activities for Mako Shoulder products to establish and enhance competitive placement. Monitor market research, track competitor strengths and weaknesses, and identify customer needs to drive pricing strategies. Articulate product value to customers and maintain engagement while developing strategic documents like annual marketing plans and project charters. Analyze customer satisfaction trends and synthesize market insights to support clinical evidence generation and sales enablement. Provide analytical support for pricing and obsolescence planning, ensuring alignment with Stryker's overall business goals. Work closely with engineering, manufacturing, and sales teams to develop new products or enhance existing lines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 4+ years of work experience
- Must be able to understand and work within complex interdivisional procedures and policies
Desired Qualifications
- MBA
- 2+ years medical device or marketing experience
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal communications skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelines
