Job Summary
Product Manager in a healthtech marketplace leading a high-performing squad of UX, Data and Engineering to deliver a scalable customer experience. Partner across functions to solve complex customer problems using technology, navigate a complex regulatory environment (NDIS, Support at Home and more), and balance customer, engineering and commercial requirements to build a prioritized backlog and roadmap. Drive data-driven decision making, collaborate with marketing, customer service, finance, legal, engineering and data teams, and iterate quickly through qualitative and quantitative hypotheses while advocating for the customer. Strong leadership and stakeholder-management skills with a focus on delivering meaningful social and customer impact.
