Job Summary
Conduct market and user research to identify new product features and WealthTech trends, leveraging AI tools like Claude and design software such as Figma to rapidly develop analyses, user flows, and prototypes. Develop the product roadmap and collaborate with cross-functional teams to define detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Ensure product functions are implemented spec-compliant, with high quality and on time, while monitoring performance to identify opportunities for technical optimizations and UX improvements. Take full responsibility for assigned areas and actively contribute to product decisions through regular alignment with internal departments and external partners. Requires 3–5 years of product management or software engineering experience, fluent German and English, and ability to work 60% onsite in Frankfurt.
Required Qualifications
- einfach abgeschlossenes Studium
- mindestens 3 bis 5 Jahre praktische Erfahrung im Produktmanagement oder Software-Engineering
- Erfahrung im Fintech- oder Start-up-Umfeld
- sichere Kenntnisse in agilen Methoden wie Scrum
- Kenntnis des gesamten Software-Entwicklungszyklus
- sicheren Umgang mit Tools wie Jira, Claude for Design, Framer, Grafana, Brevo oder Figma
- sichere und transparente Kommunikation innerhalb deines Teams, unternehmensweit (auch mit CTO und CEO) sowie mit externen Stakeholdern
- fließend Englisch und Deutsch (mindestens C1)
- Leben im Rhein-Main-Gebiet
- Fähigkeit, mindestens 60 % deiner Arbeitszeit in unserem Büro in Frankfurt am Main zu verbringen
